modern surreal paintings have moved on since the days of Salvador Dali and his contemporaries. The ways to express ourselves are limitless and the imagination can run riot - surrealism helps and is a manifestation of our imaginings. Or perhaps modern surreal paintings is realism to some? I think that is probably true. My work has evolved to become surreal, it may well become something else in the future.
