Contemporary War Paintings

 War artwork is familiar to most. Every village, hamlet and town in the United Kingdom lost men to the Great War. A monument bears their names. Many a son and daughter lost their father and could only look upon the stone obelisk as their daddy. This abstract figure painting has a small child looking up to Daddy in the bottom left corner. Perhaps Daddy is trying to look back.
