Why do we like geometric abstraction?
Geometric abstract paintings attract us due mainly to their precise angular shapes. We are comfortable with geometry because of their familiarity in the world a lot of us live in. We are used to geometric shapes, we see them everywhere, we expect them to be part of a structure that makes sense - I like to to challenge that with unpredictable geometry that sparks your interest.

How we react to geometric paintings
The use of geometry in art taps into a fundamental human appreciation for symmetry and proportion.
